The Adventure in Brief :

In may 1993 the government of Nepal and china reached an accord that allowed the first treks across the border between the two countries . while it had been a route for Nepalese pilgrims for years, foreign trekkers were never officially allowed to trek from Nepal into Tibet .

The journey through Humla , Nepal `s highest , northernmost and most remote district , is culturally and scenically rewarding . The people of northern Humla are Bhotias whosw roots are in Tibet and who still enjoy the freedom to graze their animals on the Tibetain plateau. The upper Humla Karnali valley is also populated by Bhotias who trade extensively with Tibet in traditional way that have totally vanished elsewhere. It is only near Simikot , the district headquarter , that you will encounter people of other ethnic groups, mostly Thakuris and Chhetries.

A trip to holly Mt. Kailash and lake Manasoravar has always been regarded as pilgrimage . It satisfies the romantic in us that the pilgrimage to Kailash is a difficult one. Whether you drive for 7 days or walk for six days , it is still not possible to make a quick , easy visit to Kailash and Manasarovar lake. You can not yet travel all the way to Kailash by Helicopter or airplane . This is certainly as it should be.

Itinerary :-

Day 1. Arrival kathmandu transfer to Hotel rest of time free. Evening well come. Dinner at Nepalese Restaurant, and trekking program briefing .

Day 2. Morning After breakfast half day Katmandu city sight seeing. After lunch rest of time free for preparing for next day trek departure.

Day 3. Morning after breakfast fly to Nepaljung border city over night hotel.

Day 4. Morning flight to Simikot and commence trek to Dharapani.

Day 5. Dharapani to Salee Khola.

Day 6. Salee Khola to Muchu

Day 7. Muchu to Pani palbang.

Day 8. pani palbang to Sipsip.

Day 9. SipSip to cross the Tibet border drive to Taklakot over night at Guest house.

Day10. Taklak to Darchen drive through Holly lake Manasoraver and Raksh tal ( deman lake).

Day 11. Darchen to Deraphuk O/ N tent this is the first day of Mt. Kailash circuit.

Day12. Deraphuk to Zulphuk this day we have pass to over Dolma La (5600m.)

Day13. Zulphuk to Lake Manasoravar .

Day14. Manasoravar to Nepal border Hilsa drive via Taklakot.

Day 15. Hilsa to Yari

Day16. Yari to Muchu.

Day17. Muchu to Salee Khola

Day18. Salee Khola to Dharapani.

Day 19. Daharapani to Simikot Airport .

Day 20. Simikot to fly Katmandu via Nepaljung.

Day 21. Free in Katmandu shopping and preparing for Next day Departure. Evening farewell dinner at Nepalese restaurant.

Day 22. Trip conclude in Katmandu departure transfer to international airport in Ktm.
