Adventure Brief
The "Off the beaten track" to the Annapurna Machapuchare (Fishtail) trek, also known as Mardi Himal trekking, follows the least trodden trail away from the trekkers madding crowd with and essence of exploration. This is often uncrowned trek where are no trekkers lodge only possible by camping trek therefore this is very quite comparatively other route in Annapurna area.
This trek offers the opportunity to escape Nepal 's tourist trails, to venture into the deep forests and roam the high alpine pastures to the base of the sacred, fluted peak of Machapuchare and Mardi Himal. The great ice fields and the blue glaciers of the Annapuran sanctuary walls lie below us. The emphasis of this trek is on the forest and wilderness zones combined with an essence of exploration. We ascend through Hindu villages and pristine forests (magnolia, oak and rhododendron) to alpine campsites that afford panoramic views of the Annapurna Range . Forays to the base of Machapuchare provide a further highlight before a delightful return through Gurung villages to Pokhara.
Itinerary :-
Day 1 Arrival Kathmandu evening well come dinner.
Day 2 In Kathmandu , preparing for trekking.
Day 3 Fly to Pokhara commence trek.
Day 3/6 Follow trails through Gurung villages and forests to alpine campsites with incredible views of Machapuchare and Annapurna South .
Day 7 Day hike to Mardi Peak base camp to view Annapurna 1
Day 8/11 Descend remote trails through forest and terraced fields to Pokhara .
Day 12 From Pokhara take spectacular mountain flight to Kathmandu
Day 13 In Kathmandu, trip concludes.
