Adventure Brief:-

At 28,198'(8,586m). Kanchanjungha is the third highest mountain in the world. It was first climbed by the British in 1956 .Lying on the Nepal-Sikkam Border. The lush, rich landscape of the Kanchanjungha area is an Ideal environment for mosk deer ,blue sheep and the infamous yeti. Few westerners have traveled to this remote area. We will fly from Kathmandu to Biratnagarand then on over the trail plain and mountains to the airfield at Taplejung. From here we will begin our trek ,following a route along a ridge top towards the Tamor river where we will enjoy panaromoc views of Mt. Makalu (8463m), and Chamlang ( 24,000') peaks. we will continue through forests and rhododendron thickets and soon the Kanchanjungha range will appear. Our route will continue up the Tamor river through Limbu villages to the terraced mountain side village of Amjilessa and the legendary Sherpa village of Ghunsa (11,400'). We will visit the monastery there and soon have our first glimpse of a sea of unclimed peaks Including Jannu (25,289'), Known as "Mystery peak" or "Terror". we will trek to the edge of Kachanjungha Glacier and , after crossing the lateral moraine, will come to the junction of the Lhonak Glacier (15,680') and the vally. we will cut across at this junction and arrive at our  campsite at Lhonak. After a couple of days of rest and exploration at Lhonak. Including a day trip to Pangphema (16,900')to see the north face of Kanchanjungha, we will head south to Yalung Glacier. We will cross one of two passes, the Lapsang La(16,760') or Margin La(15,300'), depending on which is the safest to cross, into the Simbua Khola valley and camp at Ramcher(14,000'). We will rest and explore the stunningly beautiful area of the Yalung Glacier and the Southern face of Kanchanjungha, then begin our trek back.

Day 02.  Kathmandu Prepare for trek.
Day 03.   Fly to Biratnagar over night hotel.
Day 04.  Fly Suketar(Taplejung) Trek to Phurumbu.
Day 05.  Phurumbu to Chhiruwa.
Day 06.  Chhirwa to Sekhathum.
Day 07.  Sekhathum to Amjilesa.
Day 08.  Amjilasa to kyapra.
Day 09. kyapra to Ghunsa.
Day 10. Gunsa to Khambachen.
Day 11.  Khambachen acclimatizing
Day 12. Khambachen to Lhonak
Day 13. Lhonak explore pangpama North Base Camp.
Day 14. Lhonak to Rabbuk Kharka.
Day 15. Rambuk to Ghunsa.
Day 16. Gunsa to Lamga sampa.
Day 17. Lapsang via Lapsangla pass(5010m).
Day 18. Lapsang to Ramcher.
Day 19. Ramcher- explore Kanchenjunga South Base Camp .
Day 20. Ramcher to Tseram.
Day 21. Tseram to Lamite Bhanjyang.
Day 22. Lamite Bhanjyang to Yamphudin.
Day 23.  Yamphudi to Phonpe.
Day 24. Phonpe to Khunjari
Day 25. Khunjari to Suketar airport(Taplejung).
Day 26.   Fly Back to Katmandu via Biratnagar.
Day 27.  Free in   Kathmandu , evening farewell dinner.
Day 28. Tripe conclude Departure transfer.
