The Adventure Brief:

The Arun valley is the deepest valley in the world. This area is one of the most popular trek in Nepal . It's provides a good opportunity to see the densly populated middle hills and the high altitude splendor of the Mt. Everest , region. The protion of the trek from Tumlingtar to Lukla often uncrowned , beautiful scenery , therefore much better country.

The lush, rich landscape of the this area is an Ideal environment for mosk deer ,blue sheep and the infamous yeti.This area is reach of culture and natural heritage and the major settlement ethnic groups. It`s provide such beautiful view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse. Makalu , Kanchanjunga Chamlang, Meera peaks, AmaDablam almost include Everest and eastern Himalaya region.

Tilman , the first foreign visitor to Everest base camp , used this route in 1950. It traverses the width of the country , from the middle hills to the high Himalaya region.

Itinerary :-

Day 01. Arrival kathmandu transfer to Hotel Evening welcome dinner.
Day 02. Day free in katmandu preparing for next day trek departure.
Day 03. Fly to Tumlingtar commence trek to Katike Ghat.
Day 04. Katike ghat to Dhubidanda.
Day 05. Dhubidanda to Phedi .
Day 06. Phedi to Salpha Kharka. via salpha pass over 3349m.
Day 07. Salpha kharka to Gudel.
Day 08. Gudel to Khirale.
Day 09. Khirale to Najingdingma.
Day 10. Najingdingma to Pangum.
Day 11. Pangum to Puiyan.
Day 12. Puiyan to Phakding.
Day 13. Phakding to Namche bazaar.
Day 14. Acclimatization day , walk around Sherpas village.
Day 15. Namche to Tangboche Monastery.
Day 16. Tangboche to Dingboche.
Day17. Acclimatization day , explore chukung ( Imja valley).
Day 18. Dingboche to Lobuche .
Day 19. Lobuche to Gorekshep. Afternoon explore Everest base camp.
Day 20. Early morning climb Kalapathar to get close view with sun rise of Mt.Everest, pumori and more mountain view afternoon Trek back to Pheriche.
Day 21. Phireche to Khumjung.
Day 22. Khumjung to Monjo.
Day 23. Phakding to Lukla.
Day 24. Morning fly back to Katmandu .
Day 25. Free in Katmandu preparing for next day dep. Evening fare well dinner.
Day 26.Tripe conclude Katmandu departure transfer to airport.
