Adventure Berief:-

This valley borders with Khumbu region to the East, the Helambu region to the West and the dry Tibetan Plateau to the North. The valley becomes forested first with lush and juniper and pines at the higher elevation. The settlements of Na and Beding are Sherpa villages. Finally, the trek ends at Charikot to drive back to Kathmandu . It self dramatic panoramic views of various mountains., Manaslu, Ganesh, Langtang , Dorje Lhakpa, Gauri Shanker, Jugal , Everest Himalayan range and Mt. Shisapangma(8013m)and several Tibetains snowcapped peaks. are another attraction of this trek.

Day 01: Arrival Katmandu transfer to hotel eveninig farewell dinner.
Day 02: Free in Katmandu preparing for trekking.
Day 03: Drive to Barebise commence trek to Kabre (1605 m).
Day 04: Kabre to Dolangsa (2510m):
Day 05: Dolangsa to Tinsang~La pass (3319m).
Day 06: Tinsang~La pass to Chilankha (1925 m):
Day 07: Chilankha to Bulung (1890 m):
Day 08: Bulung to Shalu (1500 m)
Day 09: Shalu to Simigaon (1990 m):
Day 10: Simigaon to Sakpa (2660m):
Day 11: Sakpa to Nyamare:
Day 12: Nyamare to Beding (3690 m):
Day 13: Beding to Na (4180 m):
Day 14: Rest day at Na: Excursion.
Day 15: Na to Nyamare:
Day 16: Nyamare to Sakpa:
Day 17: Sakpa to Chet chet (1390m):
Day 18: Chet chet to Thare (1980m):
